3. No Refund Policy

🚫 All Payments Are Final

All rent payments, deposits, and fees paid to Alford Property Group LLC are non-refundable, except where required by law.

This includes:

Rent payments
Security deposits (handled per lease and state law)
Application fees
Late fees or other charges

⚠️ Chargeback Protection Language:

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid charge (chargeback) for rent or related fees may be considered a breach of your lease agreement and may result in:

Immediate lease enforcement actions
Additional fees and penalties
Legal action to recover owed funds, including collections and court costs

We reserve the right to provide your signed lease agreement, payment authorization, and transaction records to financial institutions to dispute any chargeback claims.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate payments made in error
Overpayments verified by management
Situations required by applicable law

Security deposits are handled strictly in accordance with Ohio landlord-tenant law and your signed lease agreement.
