By submitting any payment to Alford Property Group LLC, you agree to the following:

• All rent payments are due as outlined in your lease agreement
• Payments may be made via approved methods, including debit card, credit card, ACH, or other online payment systems
• Any applicable processing fees may be charged to the tenant

By making a payment, you authorize Alford Property Group LLC to charge your selected payment method for rent, fees, and any applicable charges under your lease agreement.

You acknowledge that:

• Payments are made for valid housing obligations under a signed lease
• You are the authorized user of the payment method used
• You will not dispute legitimate charges with your bank or card provider
